Begin your day with pick-up from your hotel and travel to Cau Da Port. Visit Con Se Tre island and view a wide variety of captive aquatic life. Travel to Hòn Tam island, home to a marine park and one of the best places to snorkel in Vietnam.  Dive into the crystal clear waters and keep an eye out for the vast amount of aquatic life that inhabits the area. Observe the fish in their natural habitat and compare what you see to what was kept in the aquarium. Explore the coast to find the sea caves, in which the swallows make their nest. Venture to Con Se Tre Island , where you can swim or take part in water sports in the sun. Relax with a freshly made lunch on the island and visit a fishing village before you return to your hotel.

After pickup, travel to Cua Dai Wharf and board a traditional Vietnamese wooden boat. Relax on your hour-long ride to Cham Island and enjoy a coffee on board.  After arrival at Hon Nhon Beach, take some time to swim and snorkel at your pleasure. Cham Island is a world biosphere reserve area recognized by UNESCO. Discover the area's beautiful sea life. Then, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at a Cham Jungle Restaurant.   Travel to Bai Chong Beach and take the opportunity to rest in the hammocks, sunbathe or take another swim. Return to the boat and the journey back to your hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang..

Hamlets and busy towns are dependent on the innumerable canals, tributaries and markets in the region that overflow with fish and a variety of produce yielded by the delta’s rich alluvial soil, including rice, sesame, peanuts, cashews, pineapples, dragon fruit and durian. Enjoy countless opportunities to capture amazing photos of the scenery and local people as we cruise past buffaloes ploughing fruit orchards and rice fields.  Spend time at a family homestead, where you’ll be invited to enjoy refreshing, freshly cut coconuts and fiery Mekong whisky. Your chef will prepare many Vietnamese dishes for lunch, such as fried elephant ear fish – a Mekong Delta specialty – Vietnamese spring rolls and lemongrass chicken, served at a local pagoda or school for underprivileged children. *Vegetarian or Halal meals are also available on request.

Embark on an adventurous day out with a full-day experience canyoning near Dalat, Vietnam. Hike through the jungle, encounter waterfalls, abseil, and more. A popular activity in Dalat since 1990, you’re sure to see the best of Vietnam’s nature.  Best of all, enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by some of Vietnam’s prettiest natural sights. Round off the day with a return transfer back to your accommodation in Dalat.

After pickup from your accommodation, head to the marina in Airlie Beach by bus. Board the custom-built catamaran and enjoy fresh, homemade, gluten-free brownies as a morning snack. The first stop is at one of the area's many beautiful reefs to go snorkeling. Be blown away by the vivid colors, bountiful fish, and coral formations of the Great Barrier Reef's outer fringes. This spot offers a quieter way to experience the UNESCO-protected reef. Then, head to the second snorkeling spot on the northern tip of Hook Island. With your guide, discover the area's underwater valleys, caves, and a variety of marine life. Continue to Whitehaven Beach for a buffet lunch of zucchini frittatas and quiche lorraine served with cold sliced meats, cheeses, salad, and fresh bread. After lunch, join a guided bush walk and history talk to Hill Inlet Lookout, located at the northern end of the beach. Admire the world-famous spot where white sands and turquoise waters blend in a unique swirling effect. Enjoy some free time to relax on the beach and soak up the scenery. An afternoon snack of fresh fruit will be provided before the scenic journey back to Airlie Beach by boat. Be dropped back at your accommodation at approximately 5:00 PM.
